so i have this build(sry i don't know all parts but bought it from a seller(so its not a self build pc)

cpu:intel i5 3350p
psu:350watts thing i don't know
gpu:asus gtx 750ti
ram:8gb single channel ddr3 799mhz
motherboard:ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. CM6731_CM6431_CM6331 LGA1155
Storage:931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 ATA Device (SATA)

Solution
You have quite the cpu there so that ain't the problem.
I have to say I would really recommend you change your ram to at least 1600mhz as that is pretty much the standard for the past few years.
I have these awesome 2x4GB sticks and they have the awesome vengeance heat spreader which is for cooling and style : http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-240-Pin-Channel-CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9/dp/B004CRSM4I/ref=sr_1_sc_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446741684&sr=1-3-spell&keywords=corsiar+vengeance+ram+2x4gb

Also an SSD for your OS would be good, they speed up your OS so much.

Your PSU isn't a problem as it has enough for all your parts, especially your graphics card.

Hope this helps

Lot of things, can make your pc faster, as change all the pc, that is something you didnt' t bring to the topic, but the cheapest and faster performance at less load more faster swap to a sdd drive, also overclocking but won' t nottice to much difference then a sdd, that will improve a lot at less time to open your programs and read time way faster.
You must specify what it the reason to make faster your pc, for workflow, for gaming, to do some specific job or in general if that how much money do you own to spent on that change making your pc faster, the most important what is the goals of make your pc faster?

ok thank you for the help but if i buy a ssd do i need to move all my windows files over to the ssd and do i also need to move programs over. And a question for the ram, im not sure my motherboard can handle 1600hz ram.And im not even sure what motherboard i have(the one i wrote was the one speccy said)btw i know i just can open the pc and see but i don't even know if it just says the same

*edit found out it can handle 1600hz so pardon the ram question

if your asking for better gaming then wait and pick up a new pascal gpu when they come out in 2016. when they do you have to put in a better power supply. your ram is 1600 speed. some memory is read at 800 speed whe nit is you have to 2x in your head as ddr2 and newer ram runs at 2x speed that some older programs read it at. from your cpu that you have now to the newer skylake the newer mb and cpu are slightly faster then the older ones. in real life is the money worth it to replace a system like you have..no it not for the slight speed gain. i would only upgrade if your rig fails.

The RAM is not an issue. It should actually be 1600MHz; it just gets reported at the half-rate.

I would first remove that PSU, even if it does not affect performance. A 350W unit is very unlikely to be a quality unit, so you run the risk of it damaging your components, or even starting a fire. Check what model it is and get it replaced if it is bad ASAP.

Other than that, an SSD will probably be what provides the best general speed-up. You can just clone the drive and it should work, but it would be better if you start with a fresh install, which does mean you would need to re-install all programs.

Your graphics card could also use an upgrade if you want better gaming performance, but that depends on how satisfied you are with its current performance. No need to upgrade if it works fine for you already.

So to round up

-CPU's good
-GPU good for now but is basically last gen (GTX 900 series is current)
-RAM upgrade if you can, up to you
-SSD certainly if you know how to clone data from a HDD to a SSD (best upgrade you can do for now)

I would say wait till your systems on its last legs before upgrade ie swap motherboard, RAM, GPU (PSU if GPU requires more)

Once again, RAM is fine. It's 1600MHz, and upgrading to anything faster will barely make a difference in most usage scenarios.

First priority is again the PSU. No-name 350W PSU's are actively dangerous, and should be replaced ASAP. Second priority after that is an SSD. Cloning is more convenient but not recommended; a fresh install is usually better.

Given that ASUS does not make PSUs, that is almost definitely a no-name PSU. The pictured PSU is an AcBel unit, which is a cheap Chinese manufacturer. If that is your actual PSU, I'd make it a priority to change it right away.
