I built a PC not long ago and I have always been on par with airflow and temps and my last build was able to sit at:

CPU Idle: 16-21 Degrees
Load: 50 Degrees
Mobo: 25 Degrees

NOW however I have reinstalled the H100i as I upgraded to a modded Phantom 630. Now my temps are:

CPU Idle: 25-30 Degrees
Load: 70 Degrees
Mobo: 30 Degrees

Have I used to much thermal paste? I used the line method with Arctic Silver 4.
I am ready to OC but I am not going to at the moment with such a huge change in my temperatures..

I have 2 200mm Fans on top of the radiator
A Coolermaster 140mm radiator fan mounted on side (Currently not plugged as I have the windowed case on)
140mm Coolermaster radiator fan mounted on rear
140mm Coolermaster radiator fan mounted on front
140mm NZXT fan mounted in the middle next to GTX reference GPU
1 200mm on front and 1 NZXT 140mm behind it

You might have put too much paste on with the line method. If you want to try reducing the temps it might be a good idea to clean the current paste off and try using a pea-sized dot in the center instead.

Technically your current temps are still within healthy operating range, but if you OC they might break the 80c line which isn't good for the hardware.
