I am looking for a new PSU and I was looking at this one (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KFAFRW6/?tag=pcpapi-20)

until I saw this one

Whats the difference between them?

The B1 is about 20 bucks cheaper and also it has fully black sleeved cables.

The difference between the EVGA B1 and B2 are the B1 is made by FSP and the B2 is made by SuperFlower. The SuperFlower made B2 is a better unit. It's only 80 Plus Bronze certified but it achieved Silver efficiency in testing. SuperFlower > FSP in general as well.
