Quick Question About GPU Fans.

Hi guys!

So, I am now on my brand new gaming PC and I have noticed that the GPU fans aren't spinning. However, they sometimes do. Do they only run when it gets hot enough to warrant them running or do I have a shortage of power or something?

"MSI’s Twin Frozr V Thermal Designs are equipped with ZeroFrozr technology which was first introduced by MSI back in 2008. ZeroFrozr technology eliminates fan noise in low-load situations by stopping the fans when they are not needed."

Some manufactures have a 0rpm fan mode under a certain temperature...like ACX 2.0 cards dont turn on under 60C IIRC. You can change this with a custom fan setting in EVGA Precision X (nVidia)/MSI Afterburner so that the fans always have some kind of movement.

Hi, I just downloaded MSI Afterburner to check this out! My card is an MSI R9 390, do you know if this has a 0rpm fan mode?
