I ordered HDD and those idiots from market sent me a SAS drive by mistake
but I checked the speeds and its ok for me ))
can I somehow make it work on my MOBO

Solution

You can get a refurbed HP p400 controller on newegg. 4 channel: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4GH39X9618
8 channel: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA91N3G29266

You will still need to get the SAS cables, (the first link will only fit properly in a slim chassis). I am also not sure if those are SAS 6Gb/s or...

I dont think it will work because I heard SAS drive needs encoding
so it needs a some kind of a processor on motherboard or something like that
maybe i'm wrong I dont know .... ((( I cant buy anything unless I'm sure it will work on my motherboard (Z10PE w16)

You need a controller capable of SAS drives, SATA can fit into SAS, but SAS will NOT work in SATA, the newegg link above will not help you.
I would return the drive and get the SATA drive, otherwise look at getting an addon SAS controller that goes into one of the PCI-Express slots (they can be expensive)
