what's a good (GRAPHICS CARD FOR MY BUDGET)

R9 380 or 285 are both solid performers in the upper mid range that are better buys than the gtx 960.

285 matches the 960 in performance and solidly beats it in cost.
380 slightly edges out the 960 in performance and is usually a bit cheaper.
The 285 is around $150 and edges the 960 by about 3%... the 960 will overclock about 18% to the 285's 16%

The 960 runs $180 - $220 but figure $210 - $220 for the higher clocked models....Almost all the 380's are < $200. Between the two, the 380 is faster.

If ya have to pick a "shining star" in AMDs current lineup, it would have to be the 380.
