Something strange is happening with my PC. It is acting much slower, and games like Rocket League I am getting 30-50 FPS where I normally get 60, and Minecraft where I am getting 50 FPS where I normally play at 255 FPS. With Fallout 4 coming out in a few days, I need to fix this ASAP. I've restarted multiple times, deleted unnecessary files, checked for viruses, etc, and nothing. I did uninstall a few programs, is there a way to check to see what I uninstalled to see if that is the case?
