Just upgraded to Windows 10 and I don't get a full screen due the poor integrated video card . Doing some research , I see this card doesn't have drivers for WIn10 and will never have, so I decided to an upgrade.

Getting a better card and looks like I will need a better power source as well. The goal is not to break the bank and spend $100-$150 for this upgrade (card + power source).

Can you guys help out with some suggestion on what will be the right buy here ? Just to mention that i live in Canada and I buy most of my hardware from MemoryExpress
I was thinking about this Geforce GT610 - or a Radeon 5450 I see it supports WIn 10 . Do I also need a better power source ?

Thanks in advance.

I part agree and part disagree with ForeverOleg.
If you're sure you only want basic functionality such as working on documents, checking email and watching movies, a 610 is good enough.
However, getting a graphics card may entice you to trying out a game or two, and the 610 is the absolute worst card for that, if you're looking at anywhere near decent graphics(apart from the 210, of course, which is its predecessor).

A general rule of thumb is to get the best card that you can afford. You may need the performance, you may not. But it never hurts to have it.
Okay, if you want to buy Graphics Card and Power Supply for $100-$150, then you have very little flexibility. Your BEST choices would be this card: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-OC-PCI-Express-N750TI-2GD5/dp/B00I6DLIB8/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1446779738&sr=1-5&keywords=gtx+750+ti

The GTX 750 Ti is a very solid performer which will play most games med-high at 1080p and older games on ultra.

For the power supply, you should get the cheap and reliable VP-450: http://www.amazon.com/Antec-VP-450-Power-Supply/dp/B004IZN3K2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1446790560&sr=8-1&keywords=vp+450

Cheers :)

Please don't waste your money. Even if you are not a gamer, buy something appropriate, for example a EVGA GT 730 2GB GDDR5, look it up on Amazon, it's $70 also and it is a good gaming card for low-med at 1080p. GT 610 is not worth $70, more like $30. The GT 730 and the other card, GTX 750 Ti will work on a 300W power supply. You don't need to buy anything else except for the card.
