Are these cables good enough or compatible for my graphics card?

I want to buy these custom cables (a youtuber bought some and stated they performed very good) for my graphics card: http://www.performance-pcs.com/cablemod-e-series-g2-p2-basic-cable-kit-green.html

I want to know if they will be compatible with this graphics card: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/nvidia-video-card-9001g4012510000

I do know that the graphics card needs an 8 pin cable, but will the 6+2 pci-e cable work as well? In the cabe description, it says it comes with the 6+2 cable. And yes I have an EVGA G2 650 watt psu.

Never had any experience with custom cables that you've mentioned above, but for sure you can use 6+2 pci-e without worry, it designed so it can fit to any 6pin or 8pin graphic card (depend on the requirement). :)
