Looking for budget all around built

Hello guys. I am a college student and i want to built a pc for 300-350€ max. I dont have one and i want to use it for my homework, watching movies, browsing or even play some games if possible (something like Fifa).

I'd say this is a little below a gaming standard if you want something such as a gaming rig with OS and peripherals. I'd recommend you look at a prebuilt and an xbone.

This is the best that I can come up with. It really is a very low budget for a PC with all the inclusions. Hopefully you just forgot to mention that you have a monitor and mouse/keyboard/speakers. If you haven't already got those, then there is absolutely no chance that you can afford a PC.
I used the italian version of PartPicker because I don't know exactly what European country you are from, but it shouldn't make a huge difference in the prices.

Ok. That does help you a lot in terms of saving money. You can now afford a very good PC, that can play most games at 60fps in 720p or about 30-45fps in 1080p.
