My old hard disk got corrupted so I ordered a new one.I want to know that if I install a new hard disk in my pc, how can I allocate and format the new hard disk as it doesn't have any operating system

Solution
You just need to follow the installation process. There are quite a lot of tutorials on that.
If we assume that there are no issues with the drive or the connection(cables), then yes, the drive should be detected.

Hi there kamlesh_2,

Your OS drive got corrupted right? Why would you need to allocate and format the new one? It may be a good idea to provide some more information on the issue you are facing.
Just get the failed one out of the system, attach the new one and install OS on it.

Cheers,

So I just need to install the new hard disk and install the os. Don't I need to format it? And the drive will automatically be detected while installing the os right?

Ok thanks for the help. And one last thing When the old drive was installed then my pc couldn't start up it always stucked at the loading screen. So this is surely the problem of hard disk right?
