Hi I read lots of recommendations for video cards to game at or near 4k resolution. But as a none gamer what card do I need for Photoshop CC and watching 4k video without using a hammer to crack a walnut ?

Solution
Photoshop CC can utilise the power of the graphics card to provide additional benefits and smoother performance, so while you can buy a cheap card for less than £100, spending more may make the experience of editing photos quicker and easier.

That said, unless you're using Photoshop at a professional level, I don't see why you should pay above £100. A GTX 750 falls into this price bracket, supports 4K resolution and barely even sips power.

I know I can buy a 980ti and everything would be champion but trying to find out what I actually need as a none gamer without being either woefully over or under powered. £3.50 and a ball of string would be a fantastic price to pay but would even buy a 980ti IF needed.
