Is cooler master seidon 120v+ compatible with Gigabyte Motherboard X58A-UD7 (Socket 1366)?

I am buying this CPU cooler, so need to confirm.

Will I need to remove the Motherboard from the cabinet case cooler master haf 922 as well to fit this?

Well in this video it looks like I might have to, though there is some space behind the cabinet case wall where the motherboard is installed.
