So I've put together a pc online, and the last thing I want is to order the thing, build it, and then find out there's a problem, like the motherboard won't accept the processor, or the graphics card won't fit into the case, stuff like that. So the question I have is, will these parts work together no problem?

Case: NZXT source 340
Motherboard: MSI 970 Gaming
Processor: FX 6300
Graphics card: MSI GTX 960 Gaming 4G
Ram: Kingston Hyperx Savage 8gb at 2133 MHz
Storage: WD Black 1tb and Samsung 850 Evo 120gb
CPU cooler: Cooler Master hyper 212 Evo
PSU: CX500M

Monitor: Asus VX228H

Bonus question: The PSU is 500w, and I'm not really sure if that is appropiate, any thoughs on that?

Thank you very much in advance, I know that there are lots of questions like these, but I'd really appreciate it if you took the time to answer mine.

Solution
Are you planning on overclocking? As if you are then don't go with a CX500M. I own a Corsair CX 500 and well its decent and it works but certainly isn't a PSU that could take the strain of SLI for an example or overclocking.

Also if your not overclocking don't get that cooler as you don't need it, just get a small stock sized cooler from amazon that is made to be silent.

All of the parts should be compatible, the card will be fine also and the CX 500 comes with two PCI 8 pin cable with 2 of the pins being able to be pulled away to use it as a 6 pin cable (Just to note I own a MSI GTX 970, have a look on amazon its the best power for the price in the 900 series, GTX 960 may struggle a bit on new new games)

Hope this helps
