Powercolor Devil R9 270x vs Powercolor R9 285 TurboDuo

This confuses me, even though PC Devil R9 70x is 2x bigger than PC R9 285 TD and R9 285 is more latest than 270X. Please tell me which is better?

Ik 285 is more powerful than the 270x, but have you seen their Powercolor versions?
The R9 270X Devil is like 2 time bigger than the TurboDuo 285, R9 270x DEvil has ! more extra fan so it might be more powerful but still 285 should be more powerful because its more latest.

Now what is better between the TWO POWERCOLOR GPU's I have mentioned and what are its differences? not the Stock 270X and 285.
