Bought an MSI r9 390 and built a smaller form factor PC because I wanted to try something new. I didn't anticipate the card being as thick as it is. PCPartPicker had no compatibility issues so I just went with it.
When the card is seated in my Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX case, it has very minimal clearance. So minimal that the fans scrape the HDD/PSU housing. Sucks.

I was wondering if there was anything I could do about this. I read about PCIe extenders but not sure how that would work out. Don't really want to go with a new case but if I have to I guess that would be a possibility. Any ITX suggestions would be cool as I don't want to waste the fact that I bought a mITX board.
There are some nuts that connect that bay/cage that is getting in the way. What can I use to get them off? They're the second photo in this album: http://imgur.com/ZmkL6om,y1IjweY [2]
Any help or suggestions appreciated. Thank you.
