Wanted to update my bios But it failed.

Also already renamed the .cap file of the bios but still not working.

"Failed to Securely Load BIOS" instead.

Does anyone know how to solve this, it would be a great help

Try leaving single RAM module and test both slots (power off before switching the RAM). See if 4 GB seen in each case.
Then test the other stick in one of the slots.

It was assembled by someone from the pc store. but did not came as a system.

the reason why i wanted to update my BIOS is because my installed RAM is 8gb but only 3.96gb usable.
