The only way I can do this is to set the device I want it to be on as default and restart the program I have a soundboard and it is set to Line 1 on my Virtual Audio cable because that is the default device because of this chrome is also on there and to remove it I would have to make another device default which would stop my soundboard from working, so whenever I am on Teamspeak my chrome sound will play through my soundboard so instead I want to move it from here

Ah, chrome is a bit trickier. At the moment, you have to use a 3rd party program to force chrome to play out of another device.

This is a program that does that: http://www.indievolume.com/

Until Google provides an update that allows you to change audio output paths, that's kinda your options.

Sometimes, the application itself has the ability to select separate recording devices and sound devices. For example, in Teamspeak, you can go to options and microphone and within the dropdown, you can select the different recording devices. What soundboard are you using?
