Intel processor keeps on dying

Hi, I have a self-built system which was working fine for past 2 years. Suddenly a 3 to 4 weeks ago when I tried to power on the system it did not turn on. So I opened up the case and observed that the heat sink, power suppy fan and graphic card fans would turn on for half a second and turn off again. Since I was clueless on what the issue was I had my motherboard and PSU checked and they seemed to be working fine. The problem turned out to be in my cpu, it was dead. So I had it replaced from intel as it was in warranty. When I received the replacement(same model new processor) it worked fine for a day and then the next day when I tried to turn it on it did not. This time I checked I observed that when I unplugged and plugged the main supply to PSU the fans would run for half a second(only the first time after plugging and pushing power) and stop again. If I pushed the power again the fans wont even run for half a second even the power supply fan was not turning on. So I searched the internet and did that Upin test on my PSU and the PSU fan started and PSU passed the test. Now when I attached the PSU again I started getting the same problem I had the very first time before replacing the cpu. Now I dont know whats wrong here but I have a feeling that something or the other is knocking out my cpu. I am tending towards PSU because until I did that upin test it was not starting at all after the first attempt of turing on power. Now I am wondering what the problem is? Any help would be great. Also, Intel said that my Mobo is not compatible with my cpu, and it seems that intel has not listed the mobo in their compatibility list. But, the processor is in the compatibility list of the Mobo. I have mentioned the specs below.
Any help would be appreciated. If some information you expected but is missing please let me know. This is my first time.

PSU-- Antec 550 Watts
CPU-- Intel i5 4670 stock heatsink
Mobo-- Gigabyte ga-b85m-d3h
Mermory1--Corsair 8gb
GFX-- Zotac GTX 650Ti 2gb

Yes, if it fails to deliver EXACT voltages ALL the time, then an overload occurs! It could be dangerous mate, a faulty PSU might set your whole house and property in danger! I would change it just in case.. They aren't that expensive comparing to other components!

I agree with you, you have the same symptoms as last time, so whatever fried your last CPU seems to have done it again.

The question is, do you trust the person who checked out your motherboard and PSU last time?

I doubt it is processor compatibility - if it works at all, it is compatible.

Yes, something is definitely causing extra voltage that overloads the CPU.. The most probable thing is the PSU. If you havent done any overclocking your self and applied to much voltage, then its hardware problem! Try using a different PSU and post the results here!

Thanks for quick reply. I had given the Mobo to gigabyte service center after three days they said it was ok. They also showed me that it was working by putting in another cpu in it. Also the PSU was tested on another system. Although, what concerns me is that the problem is not occurring immediately, as even after replacement it worked fine for a 2 days. Is it possible that a power leak from the PSU could knock out cpu?

Whole house on fire!! Did not know that. Alright, I will replace the PSU and check with new replacement intel processor which I should receive in 2-3 days. Thanks. I will keep you updated on this.
