Dell Optiplex 790/990 MT PSU and GPU Upgrade?

The size gfx card will depend on the PSU in each, of course. If they both have the 265W PSU, you will be limited to low end cards.

If anyone is still interested, I have this optiplex 790 sff, and I put a GT 720 in it.
Keep in mind the psu says it can supply only 17AMPS on 12v. Even my GT 720 (19w) is reccomended on a psu that supplies atleast 20 amps. Although, the manual for this pc states you can add a Radeon HD 6450(19w), so Dell thinks thats okay, probabily my much superior GT 720 is fine too and evga is just overstating what it needs. Its working just fine, decent card.
But a GTX 750 ti (60w), even if it worked for many ppl, may be pushing this psu and cause problems later, I predict.
BTW the GT 720 is the best card under 20w you'll find.
