Pc turned off now wont even turn on again

So I just rma'd all my stuff and it worked pretty good for about a hour or 2 then when I was playing csgo it just turned off and turned on after 30 seconds
then it did it again I decided to plug it out now it wont turn on at all please [censored] tell me that I dont have to rma this all again and tell me whats the one part that could be doing this all so I can call them up and scream at them...
Specs:
CPU: FX8370
8DDR3 RAM
GTX 980 4G MATRIX
PSU XFX 850W GOLD

What have you rma'd this for before /what did they say was broken?

Open your case - does any fan start up at all/any lights even blink when you press the power button or does literally NOTHING happen?

But TBH, if you couldn't fix last time and had to RMA..
I'd say test a different PSU if NOTHING happens, if something happens then you have to methodically go the debugging route..

One tip though - if you just RMAd this thing, it most likely means that someone took it apart more or less, and since it was not DOA, it could just as easily be that somehing got shaken loose in transport / some was a bit hasty when reassembling your system.

Check/ secure every cable connection, especially PSU-> Mainboard and beyond that RAM and Graphics card and anything else in there, to your level of comfort with doing that stuff yourself.
Only thing you should not do is remove the CPU cooler block, because you HAVE to reapply thermal paste before putting it on again, and I assume you don't have that.
Everything else you aren't really able to break, unless you literally start breaking things off.

Check that especially the CPU fan is connected to the mainboard - when CPUs get too hot thy simply shut down/wont restart until cooled down below a certain threshold.

Checking all that stuff should let it cool down enough so if that was part of the issue, then it will just all start up fine again.
