How well will this work?
CPU: AMD FX 8320
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE 990XA (rev 3.0)
GPU: GTX980 ti sc+
RAM:HYPERX BEAST DDR3 2400MHZ
PSU:CORSAIR HX1000I
SSD:SAMSUNG EVO 850 250BG
HDD:SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB
COOLER:CORSAIR H110I

The AM3+ processor can't handle two ram sticks (DIMM) in the same channel if the speed is 1866MHz or above.
Make sure that you only use two slots on the motherboard or you can use all the four slots but at 1600 MHz or below.

Yes, it will work if you use 2 x 8GB at 1866MHz. You can also use 4 x 4GB but only at 1600MHz or lower.
