I want to install windows 7 but my bios is not finding my bootable usb stick. What should i do for it to find my usb stick?

MOBO- GIGABYTE H81M-S2H

It also has the new UEFI bios.
Looks like this abit...

Boot option one should be set to the Usb stick.

So should BBS priority.
If the storage boot option is set to legacy mode, make sure the option of detect usb legacy devices is set to on or enabled in your bios options.

What ever mode the usb pen can work under Oprom or uefi mode make sure the correct mode comes before the other when it is set as a boot able drive or partition.

So the order can be OProm- uefi or Uefi-Oprom.

One suggestion Toffe123 is to try disconnecting all your drives. From your pic I see things attached on boot 2 and 3 devices. Force mobo to see nothing else but hopefully the usb drive. Are you sure usb is enabled on your board? What is priority one drive at the moment? Can't read from your pic.
