What is the best DDR4-2133 2x4 8GB RAM?

If for gaming might consider 16GB as games are starting to use DRAM more and more i.e. the new Starwars calls for 16GB and many have complained of coming up short DRAM wise in games calling for 8GB. Also 2133 is entry level would look to 2400 or better and the tighter the CL the better. Maybe the RipJaws 4 in 2400/15 (F4-2400C15D-8GRR)

The problem with getting something like a 2400 is that (it's more expensive and) I would need a more expensive motherboard.

Also, I probably won't be playing the latest releases. I usually play games that don't require serious computer power:
- TF2, Minecraft, Civ V, etc.
