Overclocking AMD A10-7850K iGPU

Is it safe to overclock the iGPU ONLY? Do I need to increase the voltage like that? I won't overclock my CPU since Im just using a stock heatsink and it may cause more2 higher temperature. I'm using A68HM-K mobo and its supported to overlock my gpu but I'm gonna do it in Overdrive.

Does someone of you have the parameters for iGPU because i have a problem. i have a aftermarket cooling and i run my igpu 1050MHz but it does not make difference in game and in benchmarking software? i havent bumpd up voltage or NB.
