Which partlist do you guys think is better?

I already know the answer, but i need to prove a point to my friend so either answer with option 1 or option 2

Those CPUs have very close performance. For option 1, I don't understand the point in spending so much on a motherboard. You could overclock with an H81 mobo and spend less than half. With the money you save, you could get an SSD or some other better components.
