With the GPU and CPU on that build, I wouldn't get my hopes up. You'll be able to run it, but don't expect ultra settings. I would venture to say medium to a few high settings. It's a good build too for entry/mid level gaming. :)

Nvidia also has software that optimizes game settings for you to ensure they run smoothly and can get the best performance from your build.

That's the point. He said "higher than lower settings". His build is fine, and NVIDIA ftw.

uhhhh what about fallout 4?
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565 this motherboard?
http://otvtech.ca/catalogue?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage_stock.tpl&product_id=16674&category_id=823 this cpu?

So we don't really know yet how stuff will perform in Fallout 4 because it didn't come out yet, but I am certain it will be less demanding than WItcher 3.
Because the FX-6300 and 860k are so similarly priced it is better if you get the FX.
Also, the motherboard you linked is a very good one, you can even overclock a little bit, but if you want to overclock like hell you might wanna pick a more expensive board.

FX-6300 + GTX 750 Ti will play Witcher 3 fine so I assume Fallout 4 will be fine too.

Thanks man I'm sort of a noob that knows nothing about computers other than how to use them

Building a couple PCs and endless PC repairs and component replacements as well as extensive research and high school classes and computer clubs. Honestly, my experience is nothing compared to some authorities here like SR-71 Blackbird but I know enough to help people out :)

Nah man. Even AP Computer Science will not teach you much. Only in college computer classes will you get in depth into different computer stuff.
