I've had my Gaming pc for a year or two now but for some reason ever since yesterday the left side of the motherboard gets really hot. I noticed this after my mouse and keyboard (which are plugged into the usb ports at the back of the pc) kept getting disconnected for 5-15 seconds or longer. I felt around on the inside on my pc to see if it was hot and these little black boxes with grey cylinders in between get really hot when my pc is on. Would those be the cause of the problem or have I just never noticed them getting this hot before? I checked around the internet a while but didn’t find anything helpful. Please help!

Specs: AMD FX -8150 Eight core processor 3.60 GHz, 8 gigabytes of ram, MSI GTX 970, motherboard: GA-970A-DS3.

I searched up what the vrms and capacitors look like and those are what are getting very hot. I checked for any bulging or leakage but couldn't find any. I dont know whats making them so hot. As for posting a picture, this is my first post and I can't quite figure out how to post one... I did take pictures however. I took a screenshot of the picture but can't paste it for some reason. If you could explain to me how to post pictures that would be very helpful. I know it's probably annoying to have to explain this. Thanks.

I had to unplug it to get the picture, the wires were in the way. I was going to get the motherboard replaced anyway because it's getting kind of old. Thanks for the help.
