does anybody have any tips on how to have stronger armor and weapons in withcer 3 (im a beginner in the game)

Yeah do all side quests first and save up all the money you can raid bandit camps and get all loot sell it to merchants repair your armor as much as you can until you feel its not enough to defend against attacks then buy with all the gold you saved from side quests and races. Bet on races and fights they are easy to win and convince people when you get contracts to squeeze a bit more gold for your service.
