I have been trying to setup a 2nd monitor for some time now. However, when i plugged the monitor in with the VGA cable it came with i got a "no signal" display on the monitor. Then i tried a different VGA cable, still nothing. Thinking the VGA port on my computer was bad or something, I used a VGA to HDMI converter and plugged the monitor in that way, but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas as to why the monitor wont connect?
Edit: i just found out that the computer is actually detecting the monitor and it shows up under displays, but the monitor it's self is still showing "no signal"
