GA-H97M-D3H with I5 4590 vs ASRock H97 Anniversary with i5 4690?

Solution
I would go GA-H97M-D3H with 4590 for the value.

4590 vs 4690 performance difference is almost negligible. Gigabyte board is matx sized so it does have less PCI slots but not a problem if you dont crossfire (these boards are not meant to be crossfire anyway since it will be limited).

It depends on what else you need it for...
Obviously, the 4690 is slightly better than the 4590 but the Gigabyte board has two PCIe x16 slots and two PCI slots whereas the ASRock only has one PCIe x16 slot. The other specs are more or less the same.
So if you're planning to SLI/Crossfire two graphics cards or you're using a PCI based soundcard, or a network adapter etc, you're best going for the Gigabyte.
