I like this for now. He can SLI when he gets the other two monitors, and probably be fine.

Yes, the 6600k is enough for streaming. If you want you can drop the extra money on the i7 but it's not at all necessary.

An i5 can easily handle streaming, only time you need a i7 is if your playing a really demanding game and want to stream it WITHOUT hardware acceleration.
