I need a budget gaming rig that can play modern titles like Black Ops 3 and GTA V on Medium settings. I already own a 120GB SSD so i don't need an SSD. I don't mind Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA parts. I also DO NOT need a monitor, keyboard and mouse or OS.

It's really hard to get a good build within such amount. Still, a console would be a better choice than a PC build or you can look for prebuild's. You check here :https://www.overclockers.co.uk , might get better deal.
