windows only sees one gtx 460 will not run with both. have to remove one to get it to run . no sli..... help?

maybe i should start at the begining.... this is what i have... sabertooth z77 i5 2500k cpu 32 gigs ddr3 ram 3tb hd 750 w power supply 2x gtx 460's all worked fine till i droped the chip into the pins had to rma the motherboard. 130.00 later ands two rma's got my motherboard back..not the one i sent in a new one. oh and i cant find my support dvd for the motherboard...
