Solution

Compared to Intel counterparts, AMD is inferior in gaming. The only reason anyone would get an AMD CPU is under very strict budget and specific circumstances.

There is a build I put together for ya: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/s3LhQ7

Good luck!
First of all, you can't compare FX-9590 to an i7-4790K. The i7 will ANNIHILATE the FX in EVERYTHING, in gaming AND in editing, rendering, and streaming.

If you don't want to spend a lot on the i7, this Xeon offers similar performance for considerably less: http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E3-1231V3B-BX80646E31231V3/dp/B00KB4A2XA/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1446951099&sr=8-4&keywords=xeon+v3

Also the Xeon can't be overclocked so that's a little of a downfall. But even if you overclock the FX to hell, it will never match the beast performance of the i7 and the Xeon.

For the Xeon or the i7, whichever you want, get this mobo, it's very high quality, it's Z97, it's ATX, and it's cheap for the stuff it give you: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Motherboards-Z97-PC-MATE/dp/B00K23BW70

Instead of the PSU you listed, I would take the XFX 650w or the Supernova B2 because the PSU you listed is way too expensive and overpriced. This Supernova is also a semi-modular PSU so you can do some cable management with it: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-Crossfire-Warranty-110-B2-0750-VR/dp/B00KFAFRW6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1446962350&sr=8-1&keywords=supernova+b2

Cheers :)
