I built a computer about a month ago, the specs are:
-Processor: Intel Core i7-4790k (not overclocked)
-Motherboard: Supermicro C7z87-OCE (BIOS Ver: 04.06.05)
-Graphics Card: MSI 960 Gaming 4GB Ram w/ Zero Frozr Cooling System
-5 HDDs
-1 SSD (has Windows 8.1 on it)
-16Gb of DDR3 RAM

The problem is it freezes once every 4-5 hours, and also freezes occasionally when I open Core Temp.
I reset my bios and I've looked at the wiring and whether or not everything is seated properly, and it it.
Processor temps are around 30 degrees Idle and 45 degrees when gaming, and they rarely go higher, and the load is rather low (3-40%) at all times.
All 4 sticks of RAM (4x4) are the same make/model and were relatively new, aside from 2 of which I had been using for a couple months in my old pc.

One Time when it Froze it windows came up with a blue screen error, "whea uncorrectable error".

If you have any ideas what I should try please tell me.
