I just bought some RAM and I wanted to know if I should Clean the RAM Slots in case Thermal Paste got into it after I added Thermal Paste? ( Now I'm just mentioning it in case I did that. )

you should not have added thermal paste to anything within 2inches of a ram slot, and you should have only used a small amount of paste, so what exactly have you done?

It was a stupid aZZ mistake so I wanted to ask.
It happened after removing 16 GB of RAM.
BTW: I thought I added the Paste correctly.( OH Well )

in which case very carefully clean it, i'd use isopropyl and a cotton bud, but it's going to be fiddly

steadiness isn't the issue, it's getting into the corners that's the problem, let the isopropyl dry for 24hrs and it'll be like it wasn't there.
