Hello

I would like to know what do you think will this build handle games in the oculus rift?
And what games could i play on it?
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 gaming
I7 6700k
Asus maximus viii hero
2x4gb ddr4 corsair vengance lpx 2666
Xfx pro series xxx 850w
Samsung sm951 pcie ssd 128gb
1tb wd black hdd
Zalman z11 plus
Raijintek triton aio

Im going to do 2 upgrades on it before i go to oculus

First i will add 16gb of the same ram and check if they are compatible
If they are i will use 24gb of ram :) if not i will have 16 that is still plentty and is sure to work together ;)

Second i will add +1 gtx 970 into the mix as i heared the rift scales extremely well with sli (with every game released on it) is this true? im not sure but i belive it for now :D

For now im using a 1440x900 resolution monitor and i will be till i get the oculus
The games im playing mostly are the witcher 1 (im going to finish the first 2 before i start 3) starcraft 2 and league of legends
(I dont think thoes can be played through the oculus so im going to keep my current monitor for thoes)

With the upgrades could my computer handle the oculus?
With all maxed setting in every game released on it till now with 30-ish fps?

Thank you for your help ;)

Oculus has two high res screens. If you have two GPUs then each will power the different screens, or so I've heard. Your system meets the requirements of the Rift, just google the min spec list :)
