My PC has recently run into some trouble: it won't launch. This happened after I handled my Graphics Card a bit rough. So, my question is: Will a PC start up without integrated graphics or a graphics card? I have neither of them, and have a new GPU on the way, so I wanna know if it could fix the issue?
