Can anyone throw some light on this. My printer a few months back has decided suddently to print with too much blue. Every colour print comes out with a bluish tinge all over whatever the pictures. Black and white are not affected. There does not seem to be any obvious reason for this and this means I can't do important printing from home for my work. Any advice welcome.
I have checked the alignment, the nozzle checks... even replaced the two blue cartridges. no change
thank you, Gaelle

did that and it was fine. read on another forum that there is a way of calibrating cartridges but no option to do that on mine.
ink level is very high. done another head clean and that finished off two cartridges yellow and black. all cartridges have been replaced this week! alignment is again fine and I have managed to get my first decent print in months. I can't tell you the relief!
thank you for your support and probably dare I say positive vibes. all helped thank you Phillip

99% chance it's one of the following:
1) Your monitor is completely uncalibrated and far too warm, causing you to see images differently on screen and print
2) You are applying processing in the print driver. Go to the printer properties and check the color settings to make sure it's not mixing in colors.

Run the print head alignment tool and have it print out the alignment pattern. It will print with all the inks so you can see if there is a hardware or software problem.
