Hello I am sorry if this has been covered (most probably it has)I have reasons to belive my gpu has died on me had screen do some werid colors and letters and logos blurry and now wont go into windows,so my question is what is the best GPU to get for amd fx 6300 I have water cooler and I overclocked it to 4.2 ghz i had MSI R9 270 GAMING 2048 MB running with GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard Phenom II AMD Athlon II Socket AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX RAID Gigabit Ethernet with a Corsair Builder Series CXM 500W Modular 80 PLUS

sorry if this is in the wrong place and if it has been covered aswell and for my bad spelling :D English isint my first language

Also, I believe that motherboard has integrated graphics so you could try disconnecting the display cable from your GPU and connecting it to the motherboard. If everything works fine it's totally the GPU that you need to change. GTX 960 would be a solid choice in that case.

yeah I tried that I unhooked the 6 pin connector from the gpu and removed the hdmi cable from it so hooked up the hdmi into motherboard and the windows atleast starts
I was thinking aswell to try the 960 but as I need it today I have to go to local shop which does it only in 2 gb so I don't realy know if I should w8 for few days extra to get the 4 gb gtx 960

but thanks a lot for your help

Hey i bought the gtx 960 evga plug it in and all good but after restarting the pc my pc wont turn on any more i mean the pc turns on but nothing on the screen no connection found i tryd hdmi and dvi connections once it turn on with dvi cable but not a single time after this
I tryd removing cables from pcu ram and all usb attached and didnt work tryd dvi on motherboard and it worked
Is it possible the 500 wat psu doesent do the work anymore for the cpu gpu and rest of pc ? I mean i have had the psu for 1.5 years

Try switching back to integrated graphics to see if you get the signal. If you do, then quickly go to BIOS and see what your primary video source is. Switch it to PCIe, save, and turn off your computer. Then install the 960 and see if it helps.
