My PC keeps restarting everytime I play a game.

1. What does Event Viewer say happened.
2. What were GPU / CPU temps prior to failure ?
3. When you say "touch it" touch what ? Case, GFX card, KB ?
4. List PC components including full model numbers.... descriptions like Mushkin Memory, Asus MoBo, or Corsair 500 watt will not allow diagnosis.
The "touch it" part implies a lose cable or ground issue.

Who's GTX, what model ... same w/ PSU ... detail will be useful but ithe best info to solve your problem would be Event Viewer (System Log) messages and temperatures ( as well as voltages).
Did you check your cables ? Remove and reinsert each one ? Remove your cards / RAM modules,.... remove / reinsert each one ?
