i have ASUS gtx 780 directcu II .. and i want to know if it can work with PSU SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS Certified PSU ?

Solution
It will probably run, but I'd want a larger capacity unit for the GTX 780. Minimum recommended capacity is 575w so you're below recommended spec, but it's a decent unit and may be ok. I'd suggest you could use it for now, but plan to upgrade to a larger PSU, 600w or higher, in the near future. The EVGA B2 750w or Seasonic S12II 620w would both work fine.

no my friend i didnt have this psu i ask to buy one for the GTX 780 .. so you see this PSU a Risk or will be ok
and i have another option to get this PSU Corsair VS Series VS650M 650w PSU but i dont know if it is good or no i know that the Seasonic is best ?

The VS is low quality. Any 600w on tier 1 or 2 will work http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

my possessor Intel 4440 3.10

That's a Haswell processor, so you would be better off using a newer power supply that supports the low power C states. Neither of those units are Haswell compatible, but can be used with Haswell IF you turn off the C6 and C7 states in the bios. Otherwise, you will want a different model.

What country are you in? What vendors can you purchase from.
