Solution JackNaylorPE Nov 7, 2015 RayWill135 : I'm using google chrome. We don't allow Chrome on the networks .... so I had to "google it" using "how to tell chrome where to save files" http://malektips.com/google-chrome-prompt-download-file.html

Then Select .. "Save Files to D:\Downloads" or "Always ask me where to save files" IE / Settings (gear Icon on right) \ View Downloads \Options (lower right) Upvote 0 Downvote
