gpu fan doesn´t spin

hi,
I am using asus r7 250x 1gb version and my fans doesn´t work ( only when reaching to 80cº), so I take the gpu to the store were I bought , after 3 weeks +- they told me that the gpu is normal ... so I ask why the fan doesn´t spin?
today i recived the gpu and reeinstalled the gpu drivers and have the same issue ... what could be the problema of my gpu ?

It could possibly be that its just a feature of the card. I know a lot of graphics cards use this feature to save noise. My GPU's fans dont start until it hits around 60c but i can change it. I suggest looking in your driver settings, im sure there will be somewhere you can configure it.

the card doesn´t even spin on boot . I tried msi afterburner to control gpu fan to minimum of 20% speed and gpu do not spin for nothing!

the gpu has 1 years, but this are my specs anyway :
amd a8 6600k
Corsair vs550
msi a88xm e 35
2x 4gb corsair xms3 ram
hdd wd blue 1tb

My best guess is that either your card is the problem and the people at the store only checked if it booted and didn't pay attention to the fans, or that your card isn't getting powered correctly for some reason (maybe your PSU or your motherboard). If you can, try the card on another system with a different power supply and motherboard and see if the problem still occurs.

I guess is the gpu fan , because my whole sistem is reciving power and the card was all good until few weeks .
