Hey guys. So there was a time in the past that i could play every game on ultra settings.. Well times change. The reason i built my own system was so that it could be easily upgraded in the future. From looking at my specs which pieces of hardware should i be looking to upgrade, what reasonable cost effective changes could i make, where are my bottlenecks.

System:

Graphics Card: Asus HD7970 GDDR5-DC2-3GD5

Memory: Gskill Ripjaw x 32gb (4x8gb)

PSU: CoolerMaster Silent Pro Gold series 1000w ATX

CPU: AMD FX-8150 AM3+ 3.6Ghz (Turbo set to 4.12Ghz at 1.413v)

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100

Case: Corsair Obsidian 650D

As well the OS is windows 7(64bit) which boots of two 60gb of RAID 0 SSD's to make 120gb. Everything else is stored on a 3TB 7200RPM HDD.

Solution
CPU! CPU!

Everything else is fine except cpu. You can either go Haswell and keep the ddr3 ram with an i7 4770k / 4790k + z97 mobo + decent cooler OR go the extra mile for ddr4 with a Skylake i7 and board.
