Would there be a fair performance difference between these clock speeds ?

Really doesn't answer my question. They are factory overclocked. Obviously re-released with higher clock speeds, so they will obviously be on different clock speeds after user overclocking and on their stock speeds.
I'm asking if the different clock speeds, stock and OC'd, as a result of factory OC'ing will be worth the extra money spent. Say I pay extra.

Yeah you could overclock it yourself, but typically cards with factory-overclocks run cooler and quieter. Thus why they are factory overclocked
