Hello, just wanna ask if my planned unit is enough to be powered by this PSU.

Here is my planned build:

Intel Core i7 4790
Zotac GTX 970 Reference Blower 4gb
Cooler-Master 212x
MSI B85-G47 Gaming
G.skill Ripjaws 8gb (2x4gb) 1600
1TB WDC Blue

What good motherboard would you recommend on around the same price?

I browsed again for mobos and I can squeeze a bit more for the Gigabyte G1. Sniper (the green one), it looks good. What do you think? Should I go for the Asrock H97 or I was only attracted by Gigabyte's marketing stuff.

Nevermind, I'm going for the Asus H97, I just found out the the Gigabyte G1 was a B85 mobo. Anyways thanks for the help! You saved me from having to buy another mobo in the future.
