My girlfriends brother is wanting a gaming computer from me, this is what he made up for me.. I thought I'd run it by you guys before I start messing with it. He mainly is wanting this computer for gaming. All I know that he plays is League of legends but he could play others..

I am wondering what the best parts I can use to build this computer for around the same price of the one from the link

A wifi adapter is needed. And why an i3? Also I don't think he'll need a ssd

You can just add in the one from the other build.
An i3 allowed for the upgrade from a 740 (not a gaming card) to a 380 (a solid gaming card).
Everyone needs an SSD!

If you dont think he will need it (some people dont mind load times/windows responsiveness) you CAN skip it.

If you have a Micro Center nearby they have some great deals on computer parts.

Since an SSD isn't needed and you are within budget I would upgrade to an i5. The sweet spot in terms of performance b/t an i3 and i7 and should last him a good amount of time before a platform upgrade is needed.
