So i came up with a 200 dollar build. Specs:
A6 7400K
Biostar a58f2p
2x2gb kingmax 1600
A random good case
Seagate 160gb sata
A psu.
I'm concerned about the psu. I only have 25 dollars left.
Cooler Master 350w elite
Andyson e5 400w
Antec BP350w
Tks in advance

Again, a vendor website would be ideal - I'd hate to suggest a PSU without knowing all that's available to you.

Take a look at the Tier list I posted earlier, it'll give you a good idea. Tier 3 or better.
Looks like Antec's VP line is Tier 3, so decent enough quality. And at $25 I would be surprised if you found anything better - based on prices I know for Canada/US/UK. There might be better options in that pricerange for your location.

The biggest element to PSU is quality, is who actually makes them (not who brands them). Hence you can have a great (for example) Corsair model, and a horrible model. It wouldn't surprise me if there are units build by reputable manufacturers for your market - branded with names we won't necessarily...

Luckily, a $200 is one situation where you can get away with a 'cheaper' PSU......although there's few of any good quality for $25.

Take a look at the Tier list:

Ideally, everyone would have a PSU from tiers 1 or 2, but sometimes budget dictates thats not possible - like this build.

Luckily, Tier 3 would still be ok for you......and you can get one from EVGA (I don't think they actually make a bad unit)

$25 after a $10 rebate via NCIX

Doesn't quite meet your $25 outright, but it would be totally worth it over any other option I could see.
